If there’s one thing my wild journey has taught me – from being a teenage mom in Indiana to selling luxury real estate in LA – it’s that success comes from being honest with yourself. So this year, I’m sharing my actual resolutions (not the Instagram-perfect version!).

Health First (For Real This Time!)
After my recent health discoveries through that full-body MRI, I’ve learned just how important it is to prioritize wellness. This isn’t about crazy diets or impossible workout plans. My 2025 is about preventative care and listening to my body. I’m committing to:
– Regular check-ups (no more putting them off because I’m “too busy”!)
– Consistent sleep schedule (even during filming!)
– Monthly sessions with my therapist (mental health is non-negotiable)

Wellness Essentials
What’s helping me stay on track:
Work-Life Balance (Yes, I Mean It!)
Anyone who watches Selling Sunset knows I’m a workaholic. But Romain and my family deserve quality time, and I need to recharge too. My goals:
– Dedicated “no phone” evenings with Romain
– Regular FaceTime dates with Austin
– One weekend per month completely off work
– Setting actual office hours (The Oppenheim Group will survive without me answering emails at midnight!)

Home & Relaxation
Creating a peaceful home environment with:
Professional Growth
This isn’t just about selling more houses (though that’s always nice!). I’m focusing on:
– Growing my Bonnet Vie brand thoughtfully
– Speaking engagements about women’s empowerment
– Continuing my work with AAGL to advocate for women’s health
– Expanding my real estate knowledge (you never stop learning in this business)

Business Development

Personal Projects
Some exciting things I’m working on:
– Growing my women’s health advocacy work
– New podcast with Jen (stay tuned!)
– Working on potential home renovation ventures with Romain
– Growing our new anti-cyberstalking technology initiative (after my own scary experience)

Tips for Actually Keeping Resolutions:
1. Write them down (I keep mine in my phone AND on paper)
2. Share them with someone who’ll hold you accountable (Romain is great at this!)
3. Break big goals into smaller monthly targets
4. Give yourself grace when you slip up (my therapist taught me this one)
5. Celebrate small wins along the way
Quick Reality Check
Remember when I used to try to do EVERYTHING? Like working three jobs while studying for my real estate license? Yeah, I’ve learned that’s not sustainable. This year is about doing fewer things but doing them better. Quality over quantity, always!
What I'm NOT Doing in 2025:
– Taking on more than I can handle
– Saying “yes” when I need to say “no”
– Letting drama affect my peace
– Ignoring my intuition (it’s never wrong!)

Your Turn!
I’d love to hear your resolutions for 2025! Drop them in the comments below – maybe we can support each other in reaching our goals. Remember, we’re all human, and progress isn’t always perfect. It’s about making small changes that add up to big results.
Here’s to making 2025 our best year yet! 🥂
XOXO,
Mary 💫
